    Pizza delivery driver shoots back.

    http://www.wctv.tv/news/headlines/11059096.html

A pizza delivery man exchanged gunfire with two would-be robbers in Tallahassee Monday night.

It happened in the 1500 block of Crown Ridge Road.

Deputies say a Hungry Howie’s Pizza delivery man was robbed by two men. The victim and the suspects got into a shoot out. The victim’s car was shot several times, but he was not hurt. Deputies say he did have a concealed weapons permit.

The suspects were described as two clean shaven black men in their early 20's, with thin builds. Both were wearing hoodies, one was colored black and the other grey.

The suspects are still at large.

Not alot of info on this one, just glad another permit holder made it out ok. Maybe the paper will have more in the morning.

Most likely, but because he had the gun not because he got robbed.

    Cool

I'd relish the decision of an employer to fire me for something like that.
They'd be seeing my face in court in a heartbeat.

wow, he is super lucky. I remeber my first(ish) post on here was about me ( a pizzadeleviery driver) getting mugged. Well they tried, and i fought back and got fired. I can only imagine that this guy will, but nevertheless pizza jobs are a dime-a-dozen, his life is not. Bravo driver!!!!!

The business of soft body armor owes its existence to a pizza delivery shootout. Rich Davis, the guy behind Second Chance armor, was wounded while delivering a pizza... and necessity once again proved to be the mother of invention.

Someone please explain to me why the BGs have the intelligence level of a fireplug. Why dont they just rob banks? After all that is where most of the money is kept and the penalty is about the same. Only difference is that a BG could do his time in a nice Federal pen rather than a rat hole state facility.

Well, it wasn't much of a job to lose. After you buy gas these days, you don't make an awful lot shagging pzzas.....
