Suspect Dies in Orlando, FL Home Invasion

Orlando, FL -- Orange County Sheriff Deputies are investigating a deadly home invasion in Orlando. Deputies say one of the victims took matters into his own hands and actually shot one of the suspects. It happened around 11:30pm Sunday night at the Pine Harbour Apartments on Bloomfield Drive in East Orlando. Deputies say three guys broke into an apartment there and that's when someone inside the home pulled out a rifle and started shooting. He hit one of the suspects. Someone dropped him off at Florida Hospital East where he later died. There's no official word on any arrests in this case. It would be a better story if he hadn't lived as long as getting to the hospital, but I'll settle for this.

Whenever I read about something like this, it's easy for me to suspect "Drug House"... until I hear otherwise.
