It's never anybody else's fault. We are all responsible for our own actions. Simple as that.

As often as we hear people saying "it was the drugs" or "it was the home life" etc... never really matters. It is the Person who did it who must take responsibility for his/her own actions. No excuses.

Almost sounds like he wanted that to happen...almost suicide...stopped your SUV in front of the police station...firing shots into it...and then randoming shooting at things downtown....that sounds like a deathwish....
kind of like Adam Sandler in the movie 'reign on me' but with a different twist..

    Hey Hey!!

Got out of his white SUV and shot into it 2 times. Guess he didn't like white SUV'S. Or maybe he was just starting the cracking process, with lots more to come if not taken out then and there. Yeah, he was somebody's kid and it sucks that somebody's kid was killed, but if you live by the gun, you die by the gun.
A person is justified in the use of deadly force, if such person reasonably believes deadly force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to such person or a third person.

Very sad. Every dead BG was somebody's baby. You live by your choices and you die by your choices... but they were and are YOUR choices.
