Now when he gets home and no charges are filed, I wonder if the black community will march against him like they did against the White guy that shot the two blacks a few months back? "This is not a racial issue we just want justice" is what they were quoted as saying during the march.

Sheldon, if you're refering to the Horn case, those are VASTLY different situations.
If it's not, I still don't see how it's relevant. Two wrongs wouldn't make a right (though three lefts do), right?
A man fires a rifle for many years, and he goes to war. And afterward he turns the rifle in at the armory, and he believes he's finished with the rifle. But no matter what else he might do with his hands - love a woman, build a house, change his son's diaper - his hands remember the rifle.

As well in the Horn case, if that is what Sheldon is referring to, the two BGs were Hispanic.
BTW, who's on third base?

Another one bites the dust,
Another one bites the dust.
And another one's gone,
And another one's gone,
Another one bites the dust.
Didn't his mother ever tell him not to take a knife to a gunfight? Castle laws, Ya gotta love them. Shame the second one is still wasting oxygen. Who's on first.
A person is justified in the use of deadly force, if such person reasonably believes deadly force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to such person or a third person.

Not only is this a great story but the fact the surviving scumbag is being charged with murder is priceless. What a great law!

Too bad that these events don't seem to have an impact on the BG's roaming our streets, so that they would begin to think twice before attacking what they believe is easy prey. Or, maybe some do, and there would be even more violent attacks if people like this were not armed and didn't successfully defend themselves.

We had a thread on that some months back. The man had to move because of threats.

The world is a dangerous place to live; not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don't do anything about it.
