The brother is correct. The family that was attacked does not have "the suspect" (which in this case is pronounced "your brother David Fleming")...the morgue does!

One local station had a graphic behind the reporter that said:

    Sex Offender Murdered

The reporter had gotten over 100 emails about the perv being MURDERED when our own TN_Mike emailed his coworker (the reporter) a few minutes after the news story. I doubt that reporter will make a mistake like that again. Murdered....humph! Got what he should have gotten the first time he messed up a childs life.

Mr. Ingram should get a medal.

"David Fleming's brother, Donald, had man questions about the shooting. "I'm hurting, because they don't have the suspect," he said. "They just been asking questions."
He should be hurting because his brother's violent predation has harmed others. He should be happy that it's over.

It must be tough to ask questions of the suspect when he's gone and gotten himself killed.

Perfect ending to saving the taxpayers' money and getting a thug off the street.

They could save even more money by skipping the autopsy and any further investigation!

    Nice work and nice shooting.
Of course and not taking the politically correct route of just calling for the police and being a good witness..'let the professionals take care of it.'

Goes to prove that "registering" convicted sex offenders/predators does absolute jack squat. Lets keep them locked up, instead of registering them. Those wackos never change. And because of our weak punishment system for them, two more women are traumatized, maybe for life.

He is a hero and did a great job.

But I wouldn't be surprised if the good guy ends up fighting to stay out of jail for the next 10 years.

Regardless, I would have shot him also.

Hats off to Mr. Ingram! He was more economical with his ammunition than I probably would have been. I hope the two ladies are okay, now. It would have been better if they had been able to defend themselves.

Mr. Ingram is covered under TN Castle Law and is protected from frivolous "wrongful death" or civil law suits.
