    Look at the wording of the first sentence. Sounds like after the police said the guy was involved, the homeowner went out and shot the guy. That reporter needs to learn how to word things and use correct punctuation. The homeowner should sue the reporter for slander and defamation of character just to make a point. A potential jury member could read it and think the same thing as I did. Of course, then we would hear about the 4th amendment and how the writer could hide behind it.
