Getting off the bike was not to get an order for 'girl scout cookies'.

Did he have a weapon?

Even if she get off on the shooting charge, which I doubt, from the time she shoot him and he began to crawl away the threat was over. Why o and kick him now? Yes she had a kid to protect, but the same kid got out and help kick also?

Bad shoot, given the information we have here, she should be spending a few years on the taxpayers dime; it doesnt sound like anything different than before though.

She would have never had a chance to shoot me. I would not even consider getting off my bike. I would be outta there in a flash. My bike would easily leave that car in the dust. The story said he was getting off his bike to discuss something with him, what is there to discuss??? I don't think she was looking for driving tips!!
Bad deal all around if you ask me. Is there such a thing as a premeditated or planned 'defensive' shooting? The human mind does work in mysterious ways.
Defensive shooting my foot.
That woman had no right to shoot him.

That's right, this sweet baby was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Retails for about a hundred and nine, ninety five. It's got a walnut stock, cobalt blue steel, and a hair trigger. That's right. Shop smart. Shop S-Mart. You got that?
