Good, victim is armed. Va.
In the paper a few days ago, inrich.com, was a paragraph in the news near you section,
"Hopewell
Police arrested five males in Chesterfield county on Wednesday night in connection with a shooting in the 2400 block of Oaklawn Blvd. Police said a man washing his car was approached by the suspects in a 2002 Jeep Cherokee with NY plates. An armed man began shooting at the victim, and the victim returned fire. No one was injured in the shooting, police said."
That is a car wash business, self serve, and a drive though. They did not say what time of day.
This is about half a mile from my house. Doesn't mention OC or CC.
OC legal here.

He's probably alive because he was able to return fire. Good.

I'd like to hear the rest of the story. Why did these guys drive from NY to shoot up some guy at a car wash?

I wish we had more information about the story.
I am pleased that another citizen was able to defend himself against 4 dirtbags by using an 'equalizer'.
Just another reason for arming yourself and learning how to use your 'tools'.
Stay armed...even while washing your car, you never know...stay safe!
