The judge said "I think he'll learn an awful lot in there".

I believe that judge is absolutly right........our shooter will definatly be able to hone his skills, and learn and devolop new ones, to use upon his release.

    +1 on Cupcake's post.

The judge needs rehabilitation and a program that will get him back to the real world.

I think that sentencing was not commensurate with the threat that faced the community in this case.

Again, criminals with guns get a hand slap while law abiding folks face a constant onslaught of having our rights taken away by the libtards.

He'll also have plenty of time to reflect and see what he did wrong, how he got caught and set a better plan in motion to avoid making the same mistakes on his next crime spree.

He learned that he can get away with a slap on the wrist for attempted murder. That's just sick!

This is the kind of stuff that will lead to vigilante groups taking justice into their own hands..lenient sentence for a young dirt bag but a veteran and member of the national guard gets hammered..

You see the problem with common sense is that it isn't really all that common.
Now, we must all fear evil men. But there is another kind of evil which we must fear most, and that is the indifference of good men.

And only one more second chance. Oooh those folks are serious! Makes me want to puke.

HE must have been tried as a juvenile instead of an adult. That mistake will come back to bite somebody in the butt, probably not the court officers who oversaw this travesty.

The juvenile justice system is very broken. It teaches offenders that they can do whatever they want with very little consequence. That's about the only leason these creeps are learning.
