That's a shame!!! I guess that's what happens when the City/State/Government gets involved and dictates how parents can punish their children...

    A gun has no conscious!

Someone is pointing a gun at me with malice, I'm shooting whoever is holding it!

In that case, age has little to do with intent and capability in pulling the trigger.

I'm not concerned if he is old enough to comprehend the gravity of the situation at the time or not. He's old enough to kill me and that's the situation I'm dealing with.

The pistols in the boy's possession turned out to be air guns
He could have died brandishing BB guns, what a stupid little kid. Wonder which video game his lawyer will blame for this?

    This is disgusting.

11 years old, 1a.m., there is a whole lot wrong with that picture, and he is robbing a walgreens.

Must not have been a liquore store within bike riding distance.

    What a shame.

Minors should not be excluded from natural selection in cases like this.

If he's stupid enough to pull a toy gun during a felony, and happens to do it to someone who is armed with a real gun, then he's earned his right to become fertilizer.

And at that age, so have his parents.

Old enough to shoot? Old enough to get shot. That's what I tell my high school students when this subject comes up as it always does since I teach in an inner city high school.
