Port St. Lucie County Sheriff's deputies arrested a woman and charged her with stabbing two men, killing one.

According to deputies, 28-year-old Anusha Bissoon and her boyfriend were riding in a car at 1 a.m. on Sunday and became angry because another vehicle was tailgating theirs.

Bissoon and her fiance stopped their car and the other vehicle also stopped. One man, Christopher Sule, got out of the car and fought with Bissoon's boyfriend. Police said Sule was on the ground when Bissoon fatally stabbed him, then stabbed his brother in his face as he tried to help.

Bissoon was charged with manslaughter and is being held without bond at the St. Lucie County Jail.

There never seems to be a lack of stupidity, does there? Stopped the car to confront? Manslaughter? No....sounds more to me like pre-meditated murder.

Sorry, that's not what pre-meditated means. That's a heat of the moment kind of thing, the pure definition of road rage. Pre-meditated means planning. Hours, days, weeks, in advance, buying a weapon specifically for the deed, hiring a hitman, etc.

I just don't get why people even stop in this situation, much less get out of the car. I've been followed while driving and certainly stopping was the last thing I wanted to do.

Road rage incidents happen when both drivers play the game. If one refuses to play the silly child's game there will be no road rage incident.

1) pre-meditation... can occur 5 seconds before the murder. There have been too many 1st degree murder cases based upon and won with that very argument.

2) She should be charged with murder. Similar situation here and a woman just got found guilty and sentenced to life in prison.

Too many crazy people out there. We close mental institutions all over the USA during the last 20 yrs , and then wonder why so many crazy people are out there.
