71 year old CCH in robbery shooting(good).
When I saw this on my local news, it looked like he just shot at the robber as he left, but the Kansas City news story explains it better.
Police: Customer Follows, Fires At Robber - Kansas City News Story - KCTV Kansas City
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A robber barely got away when a store customer went after him, police said.
The confrontation was caught on tape Sunday night at the Family Dollar store on East 31st Street and Stadium Drive.
Police said the armed robber ordered everyone to the ground and left with cash from the register.
A 71-year-old customer followed the robber outside to get his license plate and the crook turned around to come after him, police said.
The customer started firing a gun at the robber and the man took off.
Police said his actions may have averted a real tragedy.
Kansas City, Mo., police detective Christopher Toigo said, "This obviously escalated into a big robbery where several individuals could have been hurt if this customer hadn't done the right thing."
Toigo said police don't anticipate any charges to be filed against the customer, who has a valid carry-and-conceal gun license and is a military veteran.

He tried to be a good witness and the BG insisted on escalating a bad situation. Good job by the customer!

I see only one problem with this. His aim was off! Lets get this guy some new glasses and some range time to practice some more.
