    I live in a nice area, pretty safe too but no place is immune.

    "Nice Area" does not equal "Safe Area".

    Granted, some areas have a higher rate than others but there's no way to know when that occasional crime in the "Nice Area" will happen and to who.

    That's why your best bet is to always carry where ever it is legal to do so.
