That is a sad story. The world is nothing like it used to be and is only getting worse.
Very sad. Of course the fact that this man had already proven he was a menace to society and had no business out on the streets is irrelevant. Hopefully he will resist police and refuse to be taken alive.
He either had plates in his vest or I don't think it was a high powered rifle,JMHO
