    I think we all need to take up an offering and get Polk SWAT more mags and ammo. Shots on BG number seems a bit low.

    Did he really say that, or is it just one of those urban legends? I sure hope that he really did.

    The reason I ask is that I sent the quote to some of my pro gun friends. They loved it, but wondered whether he actually said what he was quoted as saying.

    If this is a factual quote, then good on the sheriff. If it is urban legend, it still makes for goood reading.
