good for the clerk. Our Tax dollars won't have to support another person in our prisons

And just yesterday it was said that head shots are nearly unpossible to make even by uber trained persons.

Meanwhile as shown here and featured it seems at least once a month at the Clayton Cramer site (Civilian Gun Self-Defense Blog) regular non-LEO civilian people do pull this off toward saving their own lives.
No bullseye shots involved. Just one man facing another at 2 or 3 paces.

    Failure to stop drill.
The guy failed to stop himself from being a threat, so he got drilled in the CPU. And down goes Frasier.

    Good shot, good shoot.

It was definitely odd to see the perp still half standing like that though, even completely dead.

Good shoot though, and its a good thing the store owner had his little friend with him... otherwise that episode would've turned into another case of a storeowner dying.

    Lightbulb trusty .38

see --- all it takes is a couple of well placed shots from the little old .38 not a large caliber handgun , 2-3-4 clips of .40 .44 .45 weighing me down .......... speaking from one who carries a .38 secure and consealed , it has stopped the occasional threat for 30 years
