As tough as it may be for truly a stupid moment, there still must be accountability for the loss of life.
Too often people want to give someone a "pass" because it was a stupid accident or unintentional or "because he's suffered enough and will never stop regretting it."
Well, a woman is dead and gone. Never to see another day. Because of either stupidity or a nefarious intent.
Negligent homicide is an appropriate charge for this individual.
If he's acquitted, so be it, but he shouldn't be just let off the hook just because it was a tragic accident.
