I wonder what the store owner was shooting and where he hit the BG?

Glad he came out on top... he definately did the right thing!

I would not have talked to the press. The fact that he admitted the gun was taken away from his head after he gave up the money was not a good thing to say. (IMHO) A jury could see that as the threat being removed or at least lessened. Again (IMHO).

How could an thinking person see that as a "threat being removed" and it's still present and posses a deadly threat?

He also stated the BG leaned in to see if there was still cash when gun was moved from owners head. Owner did right thing! Glad it turned out well for him!

I woulda done the same thing, how is the gun being removed from your head not a threat? He is committing an armed robbery he has threatened you and he is still holding a loaded gun and can kill you with the pull of a trigger

I noticed he said that he shot him four times, the guy went down, then got up and he shot him three more times. That's seven shots - he obviously wasn't using a revolver. I have posted about the problem of low capacity guns for years. Just one more example.

Wouldn't we love to know what the caliber was, where the hits were.

What about the seven shot revolvers they make nowadays in 38 SPL and 357 Mag

There is another tread running on this but its an article.

It says that the weapon used was a Smith and Wesson 9mm with multiple shots to the torso.
