What?! Is this really correct? If so, a person can still be a "bounty hunter" and apprehend people with warrants? This sounds crazy to me but what do I know.

Yes, its true, he is a convicted felon. That doesnt mean he cant posses a firearm but who knows why they dont really carry. I agree that they are idiots. My wife always watches this guys show and i feel dumber every time i watch it lol.

+1 I was just thinking the same thing: some day, somebody's gonna write him out of the series.

I think the paint ball gun is used to paint the bail jumper all kinds of colors so he can be identified later if he were to escape He must go after the meek ones. If he got a real bad ----I don't think a paint ball gun is going to help him.

I saw a show on tv about prison riots and the guards were using something like a paint ball gun. The balls were called stinger balls. I wonder if the balls are hard rubber???????

What I found somewhat offensive in his shows was that in the opening of his shows he always started with a prayer. Then later in the show he would think nothing of a good amount of profanity to a degree. And this is someone who is professing to ask "God" for Divine assistance?
