They are "Bubba". Put them in prison, just reinforces their gang's in-house power base. New family members visiting means new holes for contraband.
Our current structure can't deal with the gang problem; tougher sentences won't do it either. It gets solved on the street, or it won't get solved.
The primary tenet of Corrections is that punishment must be swift, sure and consistent. We have none of that.

The only solution that really works for these gang thugs is a six foot deep hole.
I despise gang members.
