This is really good news, glad to hear it!
The way it stood before, summarized, was something like
"Well if Mr. Fish had used a 9mm he would be fine, but since he used a 10mm he is guilty of murder."
THAT really needed overturning!

I took LFI-I this past weekend in Harrisburg with Mas Ayoob. This was one of the case studies he used during the classroom sessions. I'm sure Mas is very gratified that Harold Fish will get a second chance to mount an adequate affirmative defense.
