Cabbie bites would-be robber's ear, suspect bites back
08:40 AM Mountain Standard Time on Friday, August 7, 2009

PHOENIX -- A Valley man got more than he bargained for when he allegedly tried to rob a cab driver.
The suspect, later identified as Matthew Mailhot of Chandler, reportedly pulled a gun and demanded cash as the driver was dropping him off.
The driver grabbed Mailhot's gun and bit his ear.
That's when Mailhot, 29, fired one shot into the car's seat and then bit the driver before taking off on foot.
The driver chased Mailhot and police later arrested him.
Mailhot was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Police said Mailhot will be booked into Maricopa County Jail on armed robbery charges.

LMAO. U can't make this stuff up! He's lucky the cabbie didn't use a knife to pin his arm to the seat and then, gnaw it off. Sounds like a Jersey cabbie. LOL

Taking a 'Bite out of Crime' comes to mind...

...grabbed his gun and bit his ear? I'd like to see that move, I bet he learned that from a Steven Segal movie.
