There was more in the local paper, where they told the CPL holders side of the story. He claims the guy in the Cadillac was swerving at them as he passed, so he pulled his gun to get the driver to back off. Bad situation all around, idiots with short fuses driving 3000 lb killing machines at 80 miles an hour.

A Davison man faces a felonious assault charge after an alleged road rage incident in Bay County.
Christopher A. Horosko faces a 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, preliminary hearing.
District Judge Scott Newcombe will decide whether the evidence provides probable cause for Horosko, 23, to face charges in Circuit Court.
Police allege Horosko was a passenger in a Chevrolet Impala about 3 p.m., June 13, when he pointed a handgun at the victim on southbound Interstate 75 near Beaver in Kawkawlin Township.
The victim claims he was traveling in the third lane when he pulled up behind the Impala.
He said the driver slammed on the brakes causing him to have to reactivate the cruise control, police said. The victim said he maneuvered his Cadillac into the middle lane.
As he passed the Impala, the passenger made an unkind gesture then pointed the weapon at him, police allege.
Officers in Buena Vista Township arrested Horosko and seized a loaded .357 Smith and Wesson, police claim. Horosko has a permit to carry the weapon.
If convicted of a felony, say bye bye to not only his permit but also ever being able to possess any firearms ever again!

The easiest solution to an idiot on the highway is to just apply pressure to the brake pedal. Why don't people realize this? Any idiot in a road rage state is not going to SLOW DOWN. All you have to do is let them get ahead of you so you can get their plate number and call 911.

I had to do that traveling to Wythe Co. VA to a family reunion. One vehicle kept driving in the passing lane on the Intestate. He and his lady were arguing violently and he was weaving all over the road, speeding up, slowing down etc. I was a passenger in our vehicle so I got their license number, make and model and called the VA State Police to report them at the mile marker we were at when I got the dispatcher. Road rage is no laughing matter, it's dangerous and often turns deadly.All you have to do is let them get ahead of you so you can get their plate number and call 911.

If I pulled my pistil out everytime that some smuk made me mad on the highway, well I would have been in alot of trouble many years ago.
But you have got to restrain yourself. regardless if your packing or not. the world if full of retards just looking for trouble...
