Possibly Good: Robber possibly shot by accomplice

Robbery suspect fatally shot, possibly by his accomplice, at Exxon in east Houston - 8/23/09 - Houston News - abc13.com

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A suspected robber is dead. Police say it looks like he was shot by one of his accomplices.

Investigators say five men tried to steal a bill pay machine at an Exxon station Sunday morning on the East Freeway at Lathrop. The robbers saw the clerk, and the suspects ran off in different directions.

Police say it looks like the men were firing randomly as they ran away. They say they're working to determine just who exactly shot the victim.

"Of course, we won't know for sure until we compare bullets and other evidence here at the scene," explained Sgt. David Ferguson with the Houston Police Department.

The name of the shooting victim hasn't been released. The clerk wasn't hurt.

An outcome like this is always good.
The most exhilarating thing in life is getting shot at with no results.

I really don't care who shoots the dirtbags in a situation like this.
    If the clerk shoots them...
    If the cops shoot them...
If the one of the dirtbags own shoots them...

As Ted says, "I don't like repeat offenders, just dead offenders."
