BAD - Convicted Rapist Rapes Woman After Release
Idiot was released Aug 1, and in less than a month rapes again! Woman even had a gun, but was either ambushed or did not have the mindset to use it as it was taken away from her. He initially only had a screwdriver. He's still on the loose here in Tampa. Very close to the same area where the LEO was killed by a homeless guy with 4-guns in his push cart.
Yes, Florida's a lovely place to live! When I moved here I remember a guy was murdered on camera at a car wash within a week of my arrival. He was on his knees during a robbery and I think he made a move to run and was shot. Also recently we had a rash of carjackings near where I work, but the idiot was finally caught. Yes, I carry whenever I'm out and have quick access to guns in all corners of the house!

I hate to say it but he needs to be kept away from society for the rest of his natural life. Either behind bars or under 6 feet of dirt. Sex crimes have what, a near 100% recidivism rate? Chemical castration only works when they actually take the pills. And even then, removing their "tool" doesn't mean they can't still rape with other objects.
This sickens me. And the victim's life is forever changed now, there's no turning that clock back. Physical injuries eventually heal, but the psychological scars are a different story altogether.
Don't frisk me, I am the weapon.

So, I'm guessing he's not planning on checking in with his P&P Officer, huh?
I like Dennis Millers take on repeat offenders! How about burials! We can go visit them anytime, look down and go... Yeah, he's still here!

Maybe, just maybe this POS will pull that gun on someone who is both armed and better trained than he is...

Great, another reason to really not liking having to go to Tampa and Orlando to work this weekend.
I know not what this "overkill" means.

Two words:
DEATH PENALTY.......
This form of scum should be given no quarter when apprehended. As for the poor victim, she will be in our prayers, hope she recovers.

Ah, the percentages, for those who like to play 'em. Fairly high chance that he'd do it again at some point, and no doubt higher still if the SOB had been released early for compassionate something-or-other.
Three Strikes System: You get three shots at being a good citizen. Upon the third failure for avoiding violence toward others, you're eliminated. You get one appeal. If it fails, you're gone. I propose that "violence" consists of "high" white-collar crimes as well, including elected and non-elected people on the public dole or payrolls.
As far as our happy felon's concerned, I wonder how many times he's crossed violent paths with the system. I'd be surprised if he were a first-timer.

Sodium thiopental, pancuronium bromide and potassium chloride work just fine when administered properly.

Oh lets’ just suspense with those harmful chemicals and save some money on those gelatin blocks.

I think that he should be castrated just prior to a speedy trial and an execution.
Method of castration is the smashing of two bricks together. If you're asking if it hurts? Only if you get your thumbs in the way.
"That I cannot do."
"Give this to, uh, Clemenza. I want reliable people, people who aren't going to be carried away. After all we're not murderers in spite of what this undertaker thinks."
