    Lifeflight Patient Arrested

On Saturday night, August 29, 2009, Baytown Police responded to a call at Wal-Mart. A male was reported to be in the store stuffing his pockets with items and brandishing a large knife. Police arrived and apprehended the man. What is so ironic about this story, the man was the same victim hit by a vehicle 48 hours earlier as he left Wal-Mart riding his bicycle. He was lifeflighted to Herman Hospital after the first incident; he left in the back of a Baytown Police cruiser in the second incident. Baytown Police also found a marijuana cigarette in the manís possession.

He probably already got that $20,000 LifeFlight bill and now he can't afford to pay for his stuff at Walmart.

Sounds like he likes to ride at taxpayer's expense. Next ride should be with the county coroner.
