KINGSTON - A 21-year-old Ulster County Jail inmate was arrested Saturday and accused of tossing a wad of wet toilet paper at a corrections officer, according to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office.
Christopher Arrotta of Marlborough was charged with aggravated harassment of an employee by an inmate, a felony, deputies.
Police said that Arrotta had saturated a wad of toilet paper with an unknown substance and struck a correction officer in the back.

What can wet toilet paper not do.
My youngest lived in the same room for 18 years until he moved out for college. The walls were originally white. After he moved, I took down all the posters, pictures, glow in the dark stars etc and was going to repaint. He had used wet toilet paper over the years to patch holes from knives, balls, golf clubs, whatever. If the repair was noticeable, he put a poster or something on the wall. When he came home for a visit I showed him what a can of spackle and drywall tools looked like. He is pretty good at that now.

Sounds like my cousin. Add to that rolling a dirtbike across white carpet and then attempting to use bleach to clean the stain.

Does make you wonder just what the unknown substance was??

In this part of the country that is an "automatic" whoopin.

some use the toilet ... let it ferment for days, then soak something in it and throw it at officers. It's not a pretty sight nor anything anyone would want done to them.

Reminds me of an inmate in Arizona's Maricopa County Jail (Joe Arpaio). Joe was walking around on camera and an inmate said the conditions s***** or some other four letter word. When Joe asked the inmate for his name, the inmate said "don't worry about it". Joe immediately had two nearby officers take the inmate to the hole for 30 days. Give no quarter to cons.
