By KVAL.com staff EUGENE, Ore. -- A man with a police badge ordered four teens out of their car in the parking lot of a downtown business Saturday in order to search their vehicle. What if this guy isn't a cop?
The teens chased the man -- until he turned a pointed a handgun at them, ordering them back into their vehicle. He them jumped in a waiting vehicle and drove away.
The Eugene Police Department's Violent Crimes Unit is investigating the Saturday, Oct. 17, robbery and looking for the public's help identifying the suspect.

If a guy with a badge attempted to have me exit my car and his ride was a female waiting in another unmarked vehicle without lights or extra antennas...he better have some official ID with that badge.
Oh wait a minute, the badge says Conceal Weapons Permit...
This dirtbag WILL get caught, and hopefully he'll approach a real cop.
"That I cannot do."
"Give this to, uh, Clemenza. I want reliable people, people who aren't going to be carried away. After all we're not murderers in spite of what this undertaker thinks."

None of this gave them a hint??
On that note, probably meth-related.

A badge is not ID. You can always ask the alleged officer to see his/her ID.
Now if they arrive in a police cruiser and uniform... well, ya might just skip that question.

Nah, that just made them think it was a super secret agent in disguise. Bond can make himself look like anyone.
