    Too bad Mr. Braggs didn't pick an armed citizen to carjack...he could have retired early...permanently!

    Every one of these carjackers and robbers need to become dead offenders, not repeat offenders. (A quote attributed to Ted, of course, but I agree with it.)

    Is Alabama one of those states that does not allow carry at church?

    It's ok to CC at Church in Alabama. I've done it for years and know a couple pastors who CC also.

    Chuches have been the sites of some very bad crimes in the recent past. Many of those attending are elderly and children. We need to do our part in keeping them safe.

    One witness said at one point the bg said something like "Don't come any closer, I have a gun."

    That's where it would have been ironic if a GG with a CCW drew down on him shouting something like "SO DO I" - bang, bang, bang... Maybe in the movies.

    Shame things have gone this way for America. Much of the General Population has lost the Fear and Respect of God.
