We had a guy in town come outside on the tree trimmers. They were trimming on city alley property where his trees had grown over the power lines. His was the last transformer on the line. I told the guys to leave the limbs and put him down as the last house to get power in the next storm. The next ice storm his neighbors had power a week before he did. After fixing every line in town, they cut all the trees back to his property line before restoring his service. Never came in to complain.
