Thumbs down Sandwich Shop Delivery Man Robbed

The guy was delivering a sandwich at 3:50 AM on Friday morning? I want to know who orders food that early in that neighborhood??? Neel St. is close to some really bad drug areas in Huntington, WV. Sounds to me like he was set up for the robbery, much like some of the Pizza Delivery guys in past posts.

I do not think I would deliver sandwiches in a $1500 coat.

Never the less glad he was able to walk away unhurt.

I would like to know what the carry laws in WV are?

Must have been a typo on the value of the coat. Can not imagine a community that can support a 24 hour sandwich shop that delivers at all hours. I definitely live a sheltered life. Glad the delivery person was not hurt - this time. Seems like he should be thinking about a carry pistol or a new job.

You must take a recognized firearms course, shoot a firearm as part of state requirement. Apply for and be granted a Concealed Revolver/Pistol Permit. Places that are prohibited from carry are :Schools, Local, State & Federal buildings, Magistrate office or any place that has any kind of sign posted not allowing firearms. I believe that a company or business can restrict it's employee's from carrying a firearm while working.

I doubt the coat was worth $1500. Probably what he told the officer so he can turn it in on insurance. Could be a Wally World or Target special.

I don't doubt for a minute that he was wearing a $1,500 coat AND carrying $180 in cash at 3AM. I DO doubt he was delivering JUST a sandwich.

Thats a very good point. I cant see a sandwich delivery guy affording a 1500 dollar coat.

There is certainly a lot of "STUPID" to share in this story...
