Recommendation on dual sim phones

Since you guys seems to be the solution on most problems, concerns and issues are here, I am turning to you.

Can you recommend me a Dual SIM Card cell phone that allows me to receive incoming calls on both card, without having to switch between them?

I basically want a phone with both SIM Cards active at all time. But what is a good option? I can only seem to find cheap Asian copy's of Blackberry's and iPhone's..
What brand to go for? Samsung? Nokia?

Please advice. Thanks.
