Hmm, interesting, the 351C engine didn't make it's debut until 1970. A 65 Fairlane is pretty light, bet that thing was fun to drive

I had a "classic" bike 86 1100 sportster and waiting for some stuff for a 71 Harley shovel. Does it count if I am missing two wheels.

55 Chevy flatbed dually is in its third incarnation. Have been debating putting a diesel in it for the past year. It is literally bullet proof and goes where modern four wheel drives dare not tread.

86 is classic? I must be a lot older than I thought

Here's mine. '68 Camaro, 454 fuel-injected, roller cam, alum heads, 4-speed, 3.73 12-bolt rear, etc, etc. I have owned a lot of muscle cars, but on this one I went over the top. I recently totaled up all the receipts and they added up to over $50,000, and that doesn't include buying the car.

I guess we all live and learn. If I was looking for a good classic car today, I'd definitely be looking at a Barret-Jackson auction and I'd buy one that was all done.
