Make em smaller. :) The pics are huge. I like what I can see of them though.

I really like the first one. I am a bog fan of an oof background (bokeh), I would have used a more open aperture. BUT, that is just personal preference.

I will add that I really like the lighting on the first one. Brings out the details very well.

I don't know about the photos, but the guns sure look nice.
Just kidding, they're good pictures. I agree the first one's best, it's got good lighting.
Give us this day our daily lead...
@ chains1240: I too love bokeh, so much that I bought a piece of software that allows me to simulate the bokeh of any lens at any f-stop. I just didn't feel the need to apply it to this one as the fill light pops the subject off the background nicely. In fact I hadn't thought to use it here, but now I'll go back and do so, just to see the difference.
As far as the lighting goes, I found a nifty little device made by RPS Studio that basically turns my Nikon SB-600 into a camera mounted soft box. $12 at the local camera shop. Given how much I use it, that's practically stealing.
PS: The MP5 is only an airsoft replica, all others are actual firearms (including my M1, which I love!)

Good photos. Let yer kids take 'em to school.
The first one is the best and the lighting looks good. I would fill the frame more unless there is more going on in the background that you need to capture then go wide/step in.
Do you belong to any flickr photo critique groups? I'm a member of a few of them and they're reallllllllly helpful also.
Keep em coming!

Laser sailer, eh?
Flat light/overcast days are tough to create solid images out of.
Good depth of field control.

Yep I used to sail the Laser, had to giver 'er up when I joined the Navy. Nothing serious, just a few beer can races during the summer. They hated me in my laser when they were all sailing 15 Coronado rentals from the local club. I had to take on quite the handicap in order to even the playing field.
