    I made it hoooome!

Well I'm back from my vacation from New Mexico and I thought I would put up a few photos that I took. I'm still working on the other 200 or so. LOL...

Here is some of the Caverns and also the Living desert.

    The Living Desert

    The Range.

    Roswell

I haven't gotten to the photos of the Range yet. I took over 600 photos while I was playing around. But I will get them.

WOW. Those are some good pics. Those caves are fascinating. I've never been, but maybe I'll start looking into it.

NM is beautiful. My son lived there and is planning on moving back this summer. My best friend lives there also, actually why my son moved there, to work for him.
Been there a few times and probably take my wife out in July.

When I was at the range an older guy and his Grandchildren came over and was shooting 22's. I walked over and said hi and they were using a very old pump action 22 that looked brand new.

It was Beautiful and not a scratch on it. He told me that he bought it in 1939. He was giving it to his Grandson for a Birthday present. (Lucky dog). LOL...

I was also there when another guy came and we were shoot at the big target (18 inch target) down range, ( me and my SKS and he had a M1 Garand).

I was hitting it pretty well, 7 out of 10 shots standing up and using iron sites. ( no scope) I told him that I didn't know that I could hit that target at 100 yards. He looked at me and said,,, uuuuuh it's 200 meters. Then I couldn't hit a thing with that silly grin on my face. LOL!!!
