Fraud Warning!

In February 2009, I paid for a vacation through E Tour & Travel out of Orlando, FL. They will not honor it. I am in the process of filing complaints with the MO Atty Gen, Florida Atty Gen (who says there are many complaints against ET&T), Fl State Consumers Services, and the Orange County Consumer Fraud Division. My next call will be the Fl BBB. I would recommend no one do business with this company, as they have taken my money and refuse to give the vacation or refund.

I'm wondering if the FBI can get involved,since the crime occurred across state lines,money transfer etc.Did you pay with a credit card,If so call the card company and tell them you were ripped off

So I went to file a complaint with the Central Florida BBB, they have earned themselves an "F" rating. Imagine that. Live and learn, at least this lesson only cost me $99. Alot of people dealing with group are out $398. Here is the BBB report on E Tour & Travel! Good luck out there.

I've beun contacting many of the hotels that have links on their site. I also have a call in to the Disney Corp (I will be persistant with this company in particular) that advertises on their site. Or maybe they don't know all of their park logos are being used by a company with an "F" rating with the Central FL BBB? As I stated to the General Managers of, and Corporate HQ of these hotels, as ET&T's reputation goes, so do the companies that are on their site.

Having read FL BBB's report on this company, makes the following footnote found on the bottom of the company's "Contact Us" page on their website all the more absurd. How about a lawsuit for false advertising of their claim of being in good standing with the BBB, and the BBB's reporting an "F" grade level?
