May I recommend some of the Montana wolves if the coyotes are not to your liking? I believe they has a passionate distaste for loud noise... I think that I could comp some as they still are a little green.

Now, let me understand.... they left a dog who was deaf, and 1/2 blind, in a yard all day to fend for itself ? There are good ways to train a dog like that, and obviously they didn't know them. My sister had one that was deaf that was one of the best dogs I've ever seen....

Well, obviously it didn't hear or see the coyote.

Gosh, I'm expecting a box that says ACME coyote from the deserts of Arizona to show up on my doorstep any day now. I hope he works better than the one on TV.

The only theological problem here is that the "greater reward" is a coyote's mouth.

I have to agree, I think the owners should have been drug off by the "yote", not the poor dog that was scared of life to begin with. There's inside out of harm and out of ears reach or euthanasia, either would be better than eaten alive.

I thought the same thing, seriously (not the owners, though). I was surprised that the dog lasted that long. An owner three doors down lost two prized terriers in less than a week.

When I was a kid we lost a good dog to a pack of cyotes. They are some nasty little things. I think they should be shot on site, JMHO.

Yup. My sentiments exactly. Sadly, that would not fly in this neighborhood. No shooting for openers, which I certainly understand. But also, there are some whacked PETA types that would literally picket my house if I harmed one of God's little furry creatures.
