Why would the USA want money that looks like every other currency of the socialist nations?

Not flaming, just askin'. Seems like everyone all of a sudden wants to be like Europe

That pretty much sums up my response but I will just add this as I noticed you did state this earlier.

There is only one company in the United States that provides the paper.

    Crane's - Currency Paper

Crane & Company has manufactured currency and security papers for nearly 200 years. We have continually supplied the United States Treasury with its currency paper since 1879. United States Currency utilizes the most durable banknote paper in the world, achieving the longest life span of any paper currency, and Marathon High Durability substrate is the secret of the U.S. currency's success.

Over the decades, the consistent drive of our technology has been in the durability, printability, aesthetics and anticounterfeiting features of banknote papers. Since being awarded a patent in 1844 for banknote paper with embedded silk threads, Crane has been a leader in developing paper-based counterfeit deterrents, such as advanced security threads, watermarks, planchettes, security fibers, special additives, and fluorescent and phosphorescent elements.

Think not huh? And two years ago no one would have believed we would have "national healthcare" or corporations partially owned by the government.

So much for calling the dollar "The Mighty Greenback".

Too bad it won't be worth much thanks to Barry O. Gee, it's amazing what a community agitator can accomplish. Yet, he never ran a lemonade stand and yet he is controlling bit by bit the American economy.

Not boring just is most foreign currency looks like Monopoly money...
Ours is a very high target for counterfeiters, especially overseas, so if you travel pay real close attention to any US bills you may get....

I hope they planned ahead and made it is soft and strong. Pretty soon, we may be using it as toilet paper!

Yes, point one; The global socialists elites have just turned up the American cooking pot half a degree. No one seems to notice, people still doing the back stroke enjoying the warm water.
