I'm just guessing here but it sounds to me as though he forgot to put on his tin foil hat... and then there's the medicine thing.
Sad thing is that someone will believe this stuff.

You mean nobody else here has seen these boxcars??? C'mon, they are everywhere....
OK, I can't even say that with a straight face.
I suppose everyone needs something to believe in.
As for shooting the messenger, I don't need to. Apparently the gvmnt is already planning on doing that...

I have seen those boxcars! They are all around here, with chains in them. And inside.... chained up.... are cars and trucks. Just locked in. Hundreds of them.
Where's my trash can lid hat?

His "prison truck" photos are hysterical. Plainly, these are pre-formed concrete panels being shipped someplace - the ends and top are open, for pete's sake.
Someone get that guy a straight-jacket pronto.

Good thing I'm so level headed and don't believe this kind of trash. Now, the Black Helicopters, those are real! I've seen them!

Three words: Male Bovine Excrement!
a. Reports from Lee Harrington of Valier, MT, who was a professional metal worker informed us of Glascow, MT, summer youth workers who were employed to weld shackles into boxcars in that operation.
b. They were then shipped west to Glacier and stored on remote sidetracks. Passing through the Blackfoot Indian Reservation in Cutbank, a local Blackfoot Indian, George Bullcalf, spotted these strange boxcars, some with open doors and shackles, plainly visible, passing through the reservation. Interviews conducted in Columbia Falls confirmed that hunters often stumbled upon such boxcars on remote train spurts in that wilderness region.

And the women come out to cut up what remains,
Just roll to your rifle and blow out your brains,
And go to your God like a soldier.

It's just like bigfoot and the loch ness monster: hundreds of people have seen these boxcars in the past few years but none of them happened to have a better camera.
