No doubt that officer should be cleared. That was a totally clean shoot for an LEO.

It's unfortunate, but WE ( or I should say some of us) have become our own worse enemy and we will defeat ourselves if we're not careful and reverse this insane trend we're on.In a politician's fantasy world of ideas, yes it's perfectly acceptable for those who put their lives on the line everyday. Why do you think they proposed a new combat ribbon for our soldiers, who when they come under fire, for not shooting back?
