Exclamation Memorial Day Homework for all of you

Please listen to this video that I made. I heard this on the radio this morning and was almost in tears. Please listen to what the host asks of you at the end.

I suggest you all do it... I certainly did. There is a link on the Youtube page below the video to pick your own solider. You'll see what I mean after you listen to the video.

God Bless those soldiers past and present who have given their lives for our nation and freedom.

Great message. I'll not forget family lost to war. I get so sick of advertisements that say Memorial Day is for fun, or home improvement etc. What you don't make enough money off of the rest of the holidays?

I just got back from the Viet Nam Memorial here in San Antonio. Grabbed 2 of my neighbors at 0530 and took them to breakfast then to the Memorial. One of the neighbors is a Korea/Viet Nam Vet and the other was in France 8 days after D Day. We sat at the Memorial for an hour and no one said a thing.
One of the most productive mornings I have had in ages.

Memorial Day is a day when we proudly fly our Flag, in memory of those who serve and have served to keep our great nation a free one.

Pro 2A. Mission accomplished. Went to the South Florida National VA Cemetery today and followed the instructions in the video. It's now posted on my refrigerator. While we were there a 24 yr old Marine, Lance Cpl. Patrick Xavier was laid to rest. I stood at attention and tearfully saluted the procession of Patriot Guard Riders, the hearse and family and the 50 or so Broward County Motorcycle Brigade. RIP Marine you have completed your mission. Semper Fi !

The wife and I spent the last few days touring the Gettysburg battlefield and museum, very moving.

I'm glad that I checked this post before going out on my motorcycle for my "Memorial Day Weekend ride" today. I'll stop at the first vet memorial that I find and comply.

A salute to those that sacrificed their lives for our freedom.

Thanks to all of you who have picked a soldier to keep in your heart so they are not forgotten. I'm sure they would truly appreciate that.
