im a HUGE tea person. lived above a tea room while i was in college.
there are lots of herbs and fruits and things that are good for you, and drinking them in a 'tea' form certainly isnt bad, but if you really want benifits, drink real tea. 'herbal tea' (more accuratly called tisane) by definition contains no tea. and of all the things u can have in such a form, actual tea leaves is probably one of the best for you.
I highly suggest drinking green (or black or white or...). You can get tons of them which also have other good things in them as well if you want.
