    Movie/TV Remake Casting Call.

Caught a good portion of the classic Smokey and the Bandit last night. So I popped the question to the wife unit: If they were to remake this movie who would they cast? Obviously and probably most tragic is the loss of the black Trans Am. We had no luck thinking of who to cast as the Bandit, Snowman, and Buford T. Justice.

So what do ya'll think? Smokey and the Bandit 2010 starring....

Now THAT I would go see...
A man fires a rifle for many years, and he goes to war. And afterward he turns the rifle in at the armory, and he believes he's finished with the rifle. But no matter what else he might do with his hands - love a woman, build a house, change his son's diaper - his hands remember the rifle.

+100 on John Goodman as Buford T. :)

Matthew as Snowman.... not who I'd have thought of first but now that you mention it - excellent idea!

I think it'd be absolutely mandatory for Sarah Lancaster to be 'Frog'

I know this is kind of hookie, but I think Brad Pitt could pull of The Bandit. I' coming up dry. If Ryan Reynolds was a little older I think he could probably pull it off.
