Destructive testing is done all the time to determine the limitations of equipment. I have seen videos of M16s done the same way. But in this case, you can clearly have confidence that your AK will handle at least 300 rds like that before failure. How likely are you todo that? None, but good to know.

I think I've seen this one before. True rednecks can be found almost anywhere...truth is that some might call me a redneck for any number of reasons. Thing is....I wouldn't associate with rednecks like these if I knew.
Not sure as to the source of the fire, but I'm guessing a cheap paint job on the gas tube or the barrel if it wasn't set intentionally just for show.
Sometimes these things cause me to wonder where we are actually headed in the course of humanity. Well, I guess it was fun just to watch....as long as it's happening to someone else' gun.
