I'm just the opposite. I absolutely HATE winter, especially a lingering winter like we had this last time. Having to drag a coat everywhere, bitter cold winds, cold and flu season, you name it.

Of course, I don't enjoy the extreme heat of summer but I'll take that over winter any day.

Riding a dual sport adventure ride in the fall forests is an unforgettable experience as well.
I too love the fall, the smells in the air as it begins to cool down, days warm enough for a light jacket and nights that require a little more, its great!
So Sixto do you feel better after getting that out?

Sounds like South Alabama from may to September

Don't make me bring up SW Asia. And those vests are a lot worse than yours.

Although it must be about time to start high school football practice in Ohio, because it always gets about that nasty when practice starts. But for some odd reason I still miss two-a-days during the Ohio summer.

Then you better never move to South FL; this is like a steam room 24/7 . I miss snow and wearing my winter jackets soooo much.

I'm done with summer as well, body armor does add a whole new meaning to hot. I'm thinking about one of these

It's 94 here today and with the heat index its more like 105-110, gross is right word to discribe it!

Alaska and Upper Michigan have two seasons...winter and tough sledding, I'll stick to FL, where I can enjoy the heat in the summer and the warmth in the winter.
second that...what yo guys are complaining about is april weather for us...we're into the "feels like 105-110" degree stuff now with the humidity....another 10 degrees and it would be just right...when it dips into the 50s & 60s here we put on our winter hats and jackets....

It's been a long and very hot summer here in the Mid Atlantic.
The only real relief is to get out on the Atlantic and try to catch a few nice fluke.
Hopefully autumn will come early this year.
