I wouldn't be as concerned if the road bars werent already cocked at a 20degree angle, most likely from being laid down already. (that and the rear passenger wearing sandles... very unsafe on a motorcycle)

Things like this really aren't uncommon in third world countries. Everyone wears sandals in some of them. I've seen 4 grown men on one motorcycle. I've also seen a family of 5 (Dad, mom, 3 small children), and their sheep on a motorcycle. I never saw a single helmet in Iraq or Afghanistan.

Plastic bag on the kids head isn't too smart either.

Actually, I think the plastic bag was possibly the safest part!

Yep! That gets it right there. Freezer bag over kids head is a no-no. Just like 5 gallon buckets cause permanent injury or drowning. Get real.

I have seen the same thing in RVN, Korea, PI, Thailand and a host of other countries. Was always amazed that a Honda 90 could carry that much weight and still move.

Anyone else notice the small child wearing a plastic bag over his head?
Keep your booger hook off the bang switch.
It's faster to dial 3-5-7 than it is to dial 9-1-1.
I'd rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6.
