Thumbs up Thanks to the DC LEOs

'Just wanted to express a little appreciation to the LEOs here who share their perspective and experiences. I view it as a significant contribution in bridging the gaps in communication and understanding between armed civilians and law enforcement. Given the resources that LEO's have, I suspect that they give a lot more than they receive here in regards to the information-swap.

This citizen greatly appreciates these contributions.

For sure! I would bet that most everyone here share the same common sense approach and the ability to think ahead. Small gaps here maybe but the one between most of us here and the anti's and BG's is more like the Grand Canyon.

I'm just one root in a grassroots organization. No one should assume that I speak for the VCDL.

I am neither an attorney-at-law nor I do play one on television or on the internet. No one should assumes my opinion is legal advice.

Most LEO's, including the ones on the DC Forum are good, hard working, honest people, who would help you any way they could. The problem is that the few who are not fit the old saying, "the squeaky wheel gets the grease".

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. The LEO's on this forum are great. And I didn't even mention my mancrush on Sixto. Oops.

Sixto - truly a "moderator" to some extreme views to keep us on track. Thanks. And the same to all of the other LEO's, active and retired, who help keep it real.

I work with a LOT of LEO on a daily basis, and have friends in LE in almost every part of our state and in several federal agencies. The LEOs here are very professional in their demeanor, and teach me something new almost every time they post. They deserve a pat on the back.
