If the paint job on this bus was intended to first get your attention — it is a success.

If it was intended to make you more aware of the "ZOO," it probably succeeded at several levels of consciousness.
If you counted the number of accidents resulting from other drivers and pedestrians staring at the bus instead of paying attention to traffic or where they are driving/walking — probably not a success.
But it is a really a great piece of art.

I notice that there isn't anybody in it!

The bus windows are part of the paint job except the first window on the left where the driver is sitting.

It looks to me to be a body wrap. Take a look at the two shades of yellow at the front of the bus. Looks interesting to say the least.

I forget the exact process. We have used it for super graphics at the convention center here. It is a photographic process similar to silk screening onto mylar and then pasting it onto the bus. The artwork is most likely all computer generated.

I watched a show on Discovery Channel where they were doing similar graphics for sedans. They used a laser printing process (humongous printer) then the sheets were cut and applied using water and a squeegee just like window film.
When you have to shoot, shoot. Don't talk.

Forget the snake shot, I want armor piercing in .50

Actually, I want a tactical nuclear weapon, I dislike snakes.

I think a Javelin would get the job done decently well. Or maybe a couple of Cobra gunships.
