It appears that this young man was buying guns for perps who were selling them to Mexican drug lords. His is a heap of trouble.

Marshals said Blanco had been sought in connection with his involvement with Frank Reyes, a former Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics officer who was also indicted on gun-smuggling charges.

The indictment claims Blanco was recruited by a Texas man, who is also wanted in the case, to go to gun stores and illegally buy firearms for Reyes.

"He was making the purchases because he is not a convicted felon, and (he was) giving the firearms to the state narcotics officer," McNeil said.

Reyes, investigators said, was able to get the guns into the hands of Mexican drug lords.
