Update on my woman situation
Well, I told you guys that I would keep you updated on my situation with the woman I posted about last week, well here it is.
I received confirmation that she was seeing someone else today and it was the guy friend of hers I suspected all along.
He called me and told me who he was, her boyfriend!
I told him I thought that's what I was too. He was as upset as me understandably.
I told him I had nothing personal against him & that this wasn't his fault or mine.
It was hers. We were both victims of her deception.
He said he got my number out of her cell phone it was the only one he didn't know so he called it.
I told this man I've suspected her for some time of this and now I know for sure. He said he felt for me and he was sorry about everything.
I told him he had nothing to be sorry for because this was her doing, not mine or his. I guess now I can start to heal because I'm in a lot of pain right now.
I'm just numb is the best way to describe it.
I can't really put into words how I feel.
I'm just glad this woman is out of my life for good.
I have no use for her as she has caused me so much pain and she said she loved me.
What a crock of **** that was.
I'm such a fool.

Better to know now and be done with it. I sorry that happened but you'll be glad it turned out this way in time.

Very sorry. Better now than losing your house, kids, dog and guns later.

It's tough I, but believe it or not, it happened and its time to move on. easier said than done, but don't second guess the situation, and don't let her get under your skin and come back. She's going to be very lonely, if not now, someday.
Sorry for you.
Can you celebrate by going out and buying that sidearm you've always wanted?
"He went on two legs, wore clothes and was a human being, but nevertheless he was in reality a wolf of the Steppes. He had learned a good deal . . . and was a fairly clever fellow. What he had not learned, however, was this: to find contentment in himself and his own life. The cause of this apparently was that at the bottom of his heart he knew all the time (or thought he knew) that he was in reality not a man, but a wolf of the Steppes."

''Numb'' - is always what we feel - like about everyone else - been there - two or three t-shirts to prove it
Despite the saying seeming trite - indeed time will heal and at least you know where you stand now.
Be careful tho to not go looking to fill the gap too actively too soon - doors open and close - and a new one will open later - more than likely when you least expect it.
Best of luck. Now go do some shooting!

1911; You're not the fool. You've got a new HK USP.40 coming, so that makes you the smart one. Kidding aside, sorry for the hurt you feel, but for sure, she's the fool, not you.

The other guy is the fool - she's messing around on 1911luvr with him, and he for some reason thinks she'll be faithful down the road?
Sharp learning curve follows....
Hang in there, bro - and be thankful you learned the truth when you did.

Better to find out now, rather than later. Hang in there, not all women are that bad.

Life goes on, you'll heal with time and garner wisdom from this tragic circumstance. God be with you....

This situation definitely sucks.
The good news is that she made it easy for you to walk away and get out of the relationship.
Now it's time to heal and get some more range time and guy time in.
